We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to oversee and expand business operations across Gujarat. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Steel Wire Industry and a strong background in distribution management and team leadership.
Manage and grow sales operations across Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara
Develop and strengthen the distribution network in Gujarat
Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets
Drive revenue growth and increase market penetration
Ensure effective use of MIS and SFA (Sales Force Automation) tools
Travel within Gujarat for a minimum of 15 days per month
Implement and execute sales strategies to support business expansion
4+ years of sales experience in the Steel Wire Industry (Mandatory)
Strong experience in distribution channel management
Good knowledge of Gujarat geography (exposure to adjoining states preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in computer applications, MIS, and SFA tools
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
