Designation: AR Callers / Payment Posting / Charge Entry

Qualification : Undergraduates (Completed)

Experience : 1 - 2 Years

Job Location: Chennai (Sholinganallur, OMR)

Shift : Flexible to Night shift

Notice Period - Immediate joiners Preferred.

Job Related Knowledge and Skills :

• Should have good verbal and written communication skills 
  
• Should be able to Analyze Claims and resolve Issues 
  
• Should be able to Follow-up on the Claims, Call Insurances and work on Denials / AR for Payments 
  
• Experience in US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management is preferred 
  
• Should have managed confidential and sensitive information regarding patients and physicians 
  
• Patient Calling should be able to take calls from patients and resolve issues 
  
• Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience 
  
• Experience in Athena software is added advantage

Salary - On par with Industry Standard
