Job Title: D365 FO/CE Implementation Project Manager

Role Overview

Wipro is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end D365 FO/CE implementations. The role involves managing large-scale ERP projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple regions and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to define requirements and project goals
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops
• Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems
• Ensure adherence to project governance methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Sure Step)
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring best practices and compliance standards are followed
• Ensure alignment with release updates, security, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations (D365/SAP/Oracle) including rollouts
• Proven experience managing full-cycle implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Sure Step)
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Power Platform integrations
• Strong stakeholder management, budgeting, and timeline management skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management certification
