In 2018, Brilliant Hire became the first team from SAP Labs India to be globally funded. Brilliant Hire was born out of the hiring challenges faced by three SAP employees who were scaling their team rapidly in the summer of 2016. Being determined to solve the hiring challenges globally, the three co-workers spent more than a year understanding the root cause of the problem and experimenting with the most efficient way to solve it. After more than a dozen iterations and pivots, and with one paid customer, the team pitched their idea and the market opportunity to the SAP investment committee towards the end of 2017. Since then, the team has never looked back. We have grown from three co-founders to a nearly 20 people team now.

Role
Brilliant Hire is currently in the scaling phase and looking for a development architect with deep experience in developing and scaling enterprise-grade products with the following expectations and tasks:
- You'll drive architectural discussion across different teams and help us set the technological vision to sustain growth. You'll execute this vision in a way that is secure, scalable, and provides full privacy to customers.
- You'll work together with the team in an agile process. We expect you to collaborate strongly as well as to be able to work individually.
- You'll lead the way in building this vision by developing secure, scalable, and high-quality features for our enterprise customers.
- You'll keep yourself updated on the latest trends and best practices for enterprise-grade SaaS applications. You mentor the team and ensure that all the best practices are followed.
Role Requirments
Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer programming or related technical field and effective communication skills, focusing on the presentation of technical information.
10-15 years of experience in building scalable and secure enterprise products. Strong experience in building cloud-native applications using hyper-scale services (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and PaaS environments (SAP Cloud Platform is a plus).
Deep expertise in SQL database and building REST/ OData APIs.
Experience in microservices, DevOps, application containerization and system integration.
Experience in nodeJS, TypeScript and JavaScript
Good to have
- Strong security and compliance knowledge on SaaS products.
- Experience with frameworks like Vue.js, React.js, Angular, or SAP UI5.
- Experience in the SAP cloud platform and SAP cloud platform integrations.
