Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintaining all Correspondence related to company.
- Maintain Incoming and outgoing Correspondence in Excel Format.
- Daily Progress Report.
- Maintaining Organization Chart and Department Chart.
- Request for Quotation: for potential vendor to competitively cost the final chosen solution.
- Preparation of format /statements/targets on all Technical issues.
- Making Weekly /Monthly Progress Report & Work Progress Charts.
- Exposure required in Liaison with local authorities, Environment Clearance & Labor
Licenses & Laws. - Implementation of HR Policies. Independently handle IR (industrial relation) issue at site,
Facility management, Managing Mobilization & demobilization stages, vendor management,
security, fleet management & camp management. Know the site statutory compliance. - to ensure Project Compliances to various regulations, smooth execution of project from approval & licensing perspective & reduce associated risks and cost.
- Managing senior managements office/Desk/Diary. Proficiency is expected in PPT presentation/all computer aided application. Should also have expertise in travel desk management/document control/meeting arrangements/record keeping/data/reports management.
