Job Description
Dear Candidates,
We are urgently looking out for Financial Analyst Accountant P2P
What is the purpose of the job
- Deliver finance operations activities in line with (GSM), Finance Target Operating Model (TOM), other applicable corporate policies and procedures
- Prepare Ledger Accounting, Statutory Accounting and Reporting and/or Tax Reporting
- Uses best practices and knowledge to improve processes/services
About this Job:
- Responsibility for the accounting processes
- Active involvement of month end closing and supporting year end processes
- Active communication with other departments
- Cooperation with auditors
- Building and maintaining strong relationship with stakeholders
- Reconciling balance sheet ledgers to sub-ledgers on AP/AR/GL and clearing accounts
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in multinational environment
- Concern for high standards and data accuracy and service mindset
- Ability to communicate financial information to a finance audience
- Sound in economics, finance, or accounting background
- Experience with ERP systems and SAP experience
- Good understanding of local statutory, tax, and statistical reporting requirements
- Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional matrix organization
- Work in a shared service finance center may be beneficial
- Experience working on End-to-End process improvement and service delivery
- Experience working in a shared service center or Multinational delivering automated/semi-automated/manual Procure to Pay (P2P) processes
Work location : Baner, Pune
Minimum education and critical knowledge required for the job
- Holds Finance Qualification: Bcom/Mcom/MBA
- Fluent in English
Payroll: Outworks- 6 months probation period (After 6 months according to the performance tenure will be extended or absorbed onroll)
