The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to interpret financial information and provide clear insights to management. Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools is important for this role. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently are essential.
The ideal applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in finance, budgeting, or financial analysis will be considered an advantage.
