Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for maintaining the lobby and supervising the lobby HK boys/team
- Greeting the guests, assist them with their queries whenever asked.
- Proactively assisting the old, women and kids with the door, lifts etc.
- Polite self-introduction when meeting a new resident or welcoming a guest.
- Assist the guest with directions to the residents house or the lift or offer them a seat at the lobby lounge if the resident has asked them to wait.
- Responsible for overall management of lobbies in their shift.
- Ensuring that the lobbies are well maintained, clean, hygienic
- Maintain a daily report of each lobby
- Connect with resident whenever required.
- Maintaining the data related to the visitors moving in(to be confirmed form DLF).
- Maintaining notice boards at tower lobbies, updating them as and when required.
