Shift: US Shift Timings (Candidates should be flexible)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract (C2H Conversion to full-time based on performance)

Role & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups

Screen candidates through initial telephonic conversations

Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interview scheduling

Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers

Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and documentation

Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
