Job Description
Urgently required Manager/Assistant Manager for our Freight Forwarding Division.
Job Role :
- Complete sales ownership of customer
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and grow customer base.
- Follow up on leads provided by BUs get business on board.
- Negotiating sales deals with customers and following up on a regular basis
- Achievement and monitoring of individual/ team sales targets by maintaining robust sales pipeline and providing guidance to sales professionals.
- Achieve budgeted margins for business
- Responsible for entire customer acquisition process from lead generation to final closure
- Market Intelligence
- Act as a liaison between the customers and operations staff
- Liaise with customers on payments as well as address shipping or quality issues to maintain a strong business relationship
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry in CRM
- Follow up with proposed customers for unfinished bookings on platform
- Ensure customer delight
- Generating leads for other BUs
