PROCESS:

1.Handle incoming Call / Make calls and follow-up on customer concerns regarding Delivery, Refunds, Order Status, Cancellations, Returns, Billing, etc

2.Basic computer knowledge

3.HSC or Graduates (Fresher or Experienced)

4.Bsc. IT, BE, BCA, ME, Btech, Mtech with minimum 6 months of BPO Voice experience can also apply
