Responsible for market development for the local market. -Work with global product management team to support project analysis related to potential production of products in India or make/buy partnerships with local companies, Customer meetings and Relationship Building Handle overall

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan 0that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
