We are hiring a candidate on immediate basis for sales profile.

Experience required for the job: 5 to 15 years

Designation: - Insurance Manager (agency channel)

CTC 2.50 to 3 LPA ctc

Job Responsibility:-

To recruit and manage a team of distributors / partners and generate business through them on Monthly Basis

Mobilizing & Managing business through the distributors / channel partners

Daily reporting of Achievements

Doing Performance Review of your distributors / partners

Ensuring productivity on monthly basis

Training, Mentoring and motivating the distributors/partners
