Job Description
- Open and manage production orders.
- Manage material shortages for production build and communicate status to management.
- Confer with Production leads and supervisors to determine status of production orders.
- Attend production meetings, to provide detailed updates on the plan and manage promise dates.
- Review open spare sales orders, verifying validity of product structures/routings and prints.
- product, and coordinate the transition of new products to Manufacturing.
- Establishing goals for performance and growth and profit of the plant with regulatory compliance.
- Ensure preparation of weekly production plans on the basis of monthly production schedule.
- Ensure arrangement of production as per production schedule, documented quality procedure, work instructions, quality assurance plan & reference standards.
- Responsible for delivering product volume targets with quality & cost control.
- Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
- Ensure that the production is cost effective;
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
- Review worker performance; - Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development to achieve objectives;
- Manage production report, solve problem if have and report to General Manager
- Work with General Manager/ Plant head of other department managers to implement the company's policies and goals
- Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations;
