We are looking for Telecalling / Lead Generation Executive

Located at Andheri East

Job Description / Job Responsibilities

• Work on B2B campaigns in the IT & ITES sector
• Making calls to understand whether there is requirement for particular product/services of our clients
• Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team
• Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients in the format specified
• Making polite conversation with customers/prospects on the phone
• Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results
• Understanding of IT industry as one has to call for software, hardware IT products, like desktop, workstation, printers, CAD-CAM software, Mailing Solutions, ERP, Security Products, e-Commerce products, Network products, etc.

Candidate Requirements / Qualifications / Experience / Skills

*Preferably a graduate from any stream/ undergraduate also welcome.
*Good English communication skills.
*Knowledge of excel must
*Prompt and quick turnaround capability.
*Smart and pleasing personality.
*A person ready to take on responsibilities at all times.
