We are hiring for Backend process(Non voice process)

Role: Customer support Associate

Job Location: Hyderabad

Education: Undergraduate with 1 year BPO exp/Graduates from any Stream/PG

Experience: Fresher/Experienced(Min 06 months)

Shift Timings: Rotational Shift including rotational week off

Working days: 5 Days Working (Ready to work from office)

Transportation:2 way cab facility is provided

Key Skills Required:
- Should able to read and write any of these language (Odia/Bengali/Sanskrit)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service
