Roles and Responsibilities

• Full life cycle of the IT staffing business:
• Contractual Hiring experience mandatory.
• Understanding requirements, coordinate with the TLs/ Account Manager
• Ensure interview turnout and quality line ups
• Proven technical recruiting skills with sound track record
• Strong ability in identify, cold calling and qualifying candidates
• Understand client prospects and create proactive pool
• Hands on with active and passive candidate sourcing
• Salary requirements and negotiation
• Understanding of strategies to close varied nature of positions as per Client needs
• Knowledge of domain and technology based recruiting
