We are searching Customer service Representative in Gurugram location. Having one year experience in the international Travel Process.

Salary : 28k - 35k

 Job Responsibility

• Handling Customer Queries from US Customers related to new reservations, cancellations, exchanges etc
• Follow-ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
• Meeting monthly performance metrics
• Up selling - seats/ extra baggage space, hotel/ car services/ travel insurance etc
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of handling customer queries.
• 1 year + experience in the international Travel Process.
• GDS experience (Amadeus or Sabre )
• comfortable working in 24*7 environment
• Candidate must have desktop/ laptop and internet connection
