 SDET Engineer

Job Description

  • Build automated test suites using object-oriented methodologies.
  • Implement and execute automation strategies on all supported platforms and languages to help improve the overall quality and test code coverage.
  • Write frontend automation for the different desktop browsers using selenium.
  • Work in a self-directed and detail-oriented environment. Identity, leverage, and successfully evangelize opportunities to improve engineering productivity.
  • Champion automated quality across various Mobile (iOS, Android) & across different form factors (Phone/Tablets)
  • Design, develop and debug tests in a complex environment using tools such as
  • Selenium, TestNG, Jenkins, and custom Java frameworks.
  • Research emerging test tools, trends, and methodologies and enhance existing systems and processes. 

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 - 6 years of the overall experience.
  • Programming experience in Java, C/C++, C#, Python, and/or Ruby
  • 4+ years experience designing and developing test automation scripts for
  • Web/Android using Selenium/Webdriver/Appium.
  • Working knowledge of test methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Knowledge of relational databases/SQL, Linux.
  • Experience with build/project management tools such as Ant, Ivy, Maven, Gradle.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up continuous integration (CI) build environments using Jenkins/Hudson, TeamCity.
