Communication skills-good

Experience-fresher or 6months

Location-Bhiwandi

Role-

1. answering calls and provide information about products andservices
2. Customer Service Executivesare required to answer incoming calls fromcustomersfor various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information
3. Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
5. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
6. Meet personal/customer service teamsales targets and call handling quotas
7. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
8. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
10. Take the extra mile to engage customer

Working Days- 6 days(alternate week off)

Working time-10.00am to 7.00pm
