Roles & Responsibilities,

• Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Headhunting, mapping the industry
• Sourcing and screening of candidates
• Coordinating and conducting personal interviews at various levels
• Preparing formal salary offers, salary negotiation
• Ensuring closure of positions till on boarding of the candidate and taking care
• joining formalities with respect to TA
• Taking part in campus recruitment as and when required
• Relationship management with mid- senior level management
• Vendor management

Documentation: You need to carry the following documents along with you when you come for the assessment.

1. Copy of your current updated resume.
2. Recent passport size photograph.
3. A hard copy of this mail.
4. Be in Formally dress up while coming to the Interview.

Earning potential: 15k- 20k PM as a TRAINEE!!

Please note: YOU are eligible to attend the interview only if:

1. Finished with all your studies/ academic commitments. We are NOT looking for part-timers.
2. Candidates who are working and who have more than 3 day notice period, KINDLY EXCUSE.
3. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduate, Post Graduate, Diploma, and Fresher or experienced (0-6 Months) *Minimum qualification graduate.
4. Good enhancing personality with a good fluency in ENGLISH.
