Education: B.Com/BMS or equivalent from a reputed college.
Experience: Min 1+ year of experience in B2B sales and BTL marketing. Connections with a range of schools or previous experience in Institutional sales is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communicator and relationship builder. You have worked collaboratively with marketing and product teams.
Job Role :
- Toppr is looking for a Business Development Executives (BDE).
- BDEs generate leads from offline activations that are required to run sales at the city level.
- They spearhead Toppr offline operations with end to end execution of events.
- These events include hosting mock tests in different schools, organising games, workshops, seminars, and apartment activations. Apart from organising events, they play a key role in ensuring data collection.
- They analyse this data to identify hot leads and provide them to the sales team as quickly as possible.
- They will work closely with Business Development Manager on daily basis.
