Roles & Responsibilities

 

• Generate leads via calls, emails, and online platforms
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services
• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales
• Maintain customer data in CRM
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• 01 year of experience in sales, tele-sales, or business development (freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
