- Hr Executive to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices & processes
- Experience using "Hrms" Software Preferred

Job Description | Work from Office

Talent Acquisition & Management
- Talent Acquisition/Hiring/Recruitment at different levels, ensuring the right hire for the right job
- Reviewing Jd of positions regularly & updating them in consultation with respective managers
- New employees joining formalities, offer Negotiation, roll out | Exit Processes
- Manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance Payroll
Payroll
- Timely distribution of salary, bonus, Salary slip, leave encashment, full & final settlements
- Recording, maintaining, monitoring Daily/Monthly Leave & Attendance
Statutory Compliance Management
- Statutory Compliance: Adherence and compliance (Epf, Esi, Pt etc)
- Maintaining all Hr Reports & Documents
- Report to management and provide decision support through Hr metrics

Experience
- 3-5 Years Proven working experience as Hr Professional
- Knowledge of Hr Systems/Hrms Softwares Preferred
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
