BE/B.TECH/DIPLOMA/ITI
Stream:- Electrical Engineering
Exp :- 0-2 yrs
SALARY:- 20K TO 30K

SKILLS:-
BASIC CONCEPT OF Electrical Engineering
Cost Optimization through engineering design
To lead and manage all Operations of Utilities and Maintenance activities of Plant Assets to ensure - Plant availability, improvement of performance and efficiencies and to achieve targets relating to Cost, EHS and Quality objectives.
Responsible for developing the standard operating procedures for operations and maintenance activities in Utilities that will meet the requirements of EHS, Engineering, QMS and regulatory standards, ensuring adherence to the same
This will include carrying out Risk Assessments in these areas, developing mitigation plans, identifying and implementing adequate Engineering, system and administrative controls and ensuring tracking /completion of actions, as per agreed timelines.
Responsible for defining the Sustainability strategy for the site, aligning with Corporate goals, identifying projects for the Site on Energy and Water conservation, Plan and KPIs, ensuring systems for monitoring and reporting Site Energy consumption and driving Energy reduction projects.
Identify and Implement programs in training, safety, communications, performance recognition and internal employee development in the Utilities Engineering Maintenance functions.
Develop Site Capex plan, coordinating with all functions, considering equipment Life cycles, upgradations, replacements and modifications in cost-effective ways so as to ensure upkeep of Plant facility, while ensuring the Capital projects adhere to the latest Engineering and GMP practices, capital program objectives and scope, timeliness of schedule and governance. He would be responsible for Continuous improvement projects and technology up-gradations on a continuous basis.
