Job Role:
- Responsible for completing the entire recruitment process within the specified time frame.
- Ensure that all empty posts at all levels are filled within the timeframe set forth.
- Make contact with educational institutions and establish partnerships in order to recruit students on campus.
- Apart from traditional sources such as portals, must find and implement a variety of recruitment strategies.

- Managing a team of Recruitment Officers / Recruitment Executives in order to maximise their efficiency.
- As needed, prepare, maintain, and provide recruitment reports to the reporting manager.
- Conducting the necessary tests for potential applicants
- For all recruitment officers of regional offices, to lead a team of recruiters, identify training needs, deliver training, and assess post-training effectiveness.
- To coordinate recruitment with internal and external stakeholders in accordance with the company's plan
- Write job descriptions and specs yourself, or get them from the product HOD.
- Liaison with many stakeholders regarding staffing need and selection of applicants
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, external recruiting agency specifications, and other documents in compliance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs.
- Ascertain if the team is adhering to the company's recruitment policy and procedure.
