Ruby on Rails (3-6 years).
PostgreSQL or MySQL.
JavaScript and AngularJS (or other client-side frameworks like Ember, Backbone, etc).
Test-driven development with RSpec, Capybara, Jasmine.
Git, Continuous Integration, AWS, etc.
Bonus points for SaaS experience.
