Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Production Support Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyst should possess strong analytical skills and good ability to summarize and convey the key messages
- Autonomous and rigorous in managing usual incident and requests and performing daily monitoring and reporting in accordance with SLA and procedures
- Good skills in SQL, UNIX and basic understanding of GBIS products and business processes
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- 4 to 6 yrs of experience in SQL and UNIX
- Good understanding of Shell Scripting, Oracle, and PL/SQL
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies & ITIL, Certification desired not mandatory
