Roles & Responsibilities: 70 % Recruitment & 30 % Training
Recruitment exposer in manufacturing industries in all levels.
Good analytical Skills. Good negotiation skill.
Conduct new hiretrainingand On the JobTraining.
Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including refreshertraining, monthly tests and monitoring.
Plan and improvetrainingworkshops and projects to monitor and groom poor performers.
Interested to deliver and contribute towards process improvement.
Knowledge in ISO TS, Skill Development. Awareness on quality systems like, ISO/TS and APQP are must for this position.
Must have good IT skills in Power point presentations, Excel, Word.
Salary :INR10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
