Job Description

We are hiring for an American MNC who is into automobile ancillaries. The Plant has about 2000 employees.

A Max of 01 Months Notice Period will be considered.

The ideal candidate would have 10 to 12 yrs of experience in Core HR Function (Not IR/ER).

The role would involve, but not limited to, the following

Recruitment
People Management
PMS Management
Employee engagement
Employee Learning and Development
Industrial Relations
Contract Labour Management
Exit formalities
Succession planning

Candidates having experience in Manufacturing/Hy Industries will be preferred
