Job Description

Job Profile : Regional Sales And Operation Manager in Growing MFI.

Experienced Required : 6 - 8 years with minimum 4 years experience of Microfinance industry .

Location : Gharaunda , Bilaspur (Haryana)

Herbertpur (Uttrakhand)

Paonta Sahib (Himachal Pradesh)

Salary : Upto 7 lac P.A

Candidate Must have the following skills :

.Experience Running Microfinance Operations at the regional Level.

. Well versed with operational Policy related to business .

. Can design the incentive structure, Organisational Structure, Team structure.

.Can handle all business vertical individual and guide with new stratergy and plan.
