Job Description

Commi 1 chef should have experience in Italian, Continental cuisine.
Should have experience of chopping and cooking multiple cuisines.
Prior experience of working in restaurant/caf will be preferred.
Control food stock and food cost in his/her section/kitchen
Cook food and prepare top quality menu items in a timely manner
Commi 1 chef are also required to ensure that all the stock are well maintained
Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.
Should have experience in working with oven.
Experience in making pizza , sandwich etc.
