Primarily : IT & Non-IT Recruitment/Hiring | JP Nagar/VijayNagar

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Talent Acquisition as per business needs, ensuring the right hire for the right job
- Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them
- New employees joining formalities, offer Negotiation, roll out | Exit Processes
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Payroll
- Timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlements.
- Recording, maintaining, and monitoring Daily/Monthly Leave & Attendance Management.
Statutory Compliance Management
- Statutory Compliance: Adherence and compliance with the provisions of various Labor Legislations (Shops & Establishments Act, EPF, ESI, PT, etc.,)
- Maintaining all HR Reports & Documents | Provide decision support through HR metrics to management and provide
Experience

- 1 + Years Proven working experience as HR Professional
