Job Description
Currently we are looking for below requirements in Hyderabad
Shift Engineer -Rs.24,500/-
- Responsible for all functions that take place within the facilities technical department.
- Ensure economic functionality of the technical department.
- Provide necessary training to the members of the staff.
- To study equipment performance for facilities and moulding operations.
Responsible for all periodic reporting, log book updates
BMS :- Salary: Rs.17,500/-
- Input AC Voltage Indicator
- Fault Check Indicator
- Battery Charging
- Inform reporting authority on any variations/faults observed.
- e) Check the proper working condition of the VESDA, WLD, and Fire Alarm- FM 200
- f). If any problems found should be informed to supervisor and admin in charge.
- g). Inform reporting authority on any variations/faults observed.
- Checks done on Camera/DVR/NVR
- Operation & Monitoring of Camera
- Output Signals (Visual Check)
- Camera Focusing (Visual Check)
- Checking operational healthiness of NVRs/DVRs on daily basis, if any problem found should inform to supervisor & admin in charge.
Electrician :- Salary-Rs.17,500/-
- To maintain the operation of all electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems & all other electrical related equipment including performing / following up of PPM activities.
- To ensure fire alarms and emergency electrical systems are operational, performs testing on alarm systems as per schedule.
- To assist in installing new equipment and systems, first level troubleshoots and repair equipment including lights wherever required.
- To monitor work done by outside contractors and report to supervisor/team leader.
- To maintain proper operation records and logs as necessary and as instructed by Supervisor / Team Leader.
- To respond to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service.
- To assist supervisor/team leader in stock/inventory updates.
- To perform other tasks as directed by team supervisor/team leader.
- To Train and get trained for specific work-related activities.
- To perform duties with high level of Integrity, Commitment and responsibility.
- To abide by company rules and policies.
- To demonstrate utmost attention at time of duty and ensure there is no neglect of duty and any act of Misconduct will be dealt as per Company Rules and Policy.
HVAC Tech :- Salary-Rs.17,500/-
- To troubleshoot, maintain, inspect & operate, ventilation systems, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment including DX and hedonics systems and components, screw, reciprocating and absorption chillers, fans and fan motors, pumps and pump motors, VFDs electric controls and associated safety, overcorrect and other equipment protection devices.
- To monitor work done by outside contractors for adherence to requirements and report to supervisor.
- To regularly follow the PPM Schedule.
- To Ensure the AHU filters are cleaned regularly as per schedule.
- To respond to routine and emergency calls for operations service & reports.
- To train and direct the work of other classified staff in the area.
- To assist and serve as back up to other facilities and employees.
- To maintain & update the daily logbooks check list.
- To perform any other tasks as directed by superiors.
- To perform duties with high level of Integrity, Commitment and responsibility.
- To abide by company rules and policies.
- To demonstrate utmost attention at time of duty and ensure there is no neglecting of duty and any act of Misconduct will be dealt as per Company Rules and Policy
Helper- Salary-Rs.16,500/-
Plumber- Salary-Rs.17,000/-
