Job Description Business Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate various reports & dashboards at regular intervals for the clients and internal purpose as required and be able to support with appropriate ad-hoc reporting.
Collect functional and application data requirements from clients/customers. Create and provide data analysis and reporting solutions using best practices.
Working with the management team, identify, design, test and deliver Management information.
Develop process documents and departmental procedures on work completed from new assignments.
Examine how changes, both external and internal factors such as strategy, changing products and legislation, or price changes will impact the business and its projections.
Key Skills / Requirement:
Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of and experience working with reporting, database & statistical packages such as Excel, VBA, Access, SSRS, SQL, etc.
Analytical Skills:Able to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching; and analyse through them to find conclusions.
Attention to Detail:Must be vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.
Communication Skills:Ability to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas. Present findings, or translate the data into an understandable layman language.
Critical Thinking:Able to look at the numbers, trends, data and find new ways to improvise the reporting and provide conclusions based on the findings.
Interpersonal Skills:Ability to work with Global teams from different time zones and cultures in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Ability to multi task in rapidly changing priorities and cope working under pressure with precision and accuracy.
Other details:
Candidates are required to work 5 days a week with Saturday & Sunday Fixed off
