• Shortlisting and Business development and operation
• Overall need to understand about a requirement to handle it
• Responsible for handling end to end recruitment job portal and social network
• Sourcing the best talent through Job Portals, networking, etc
• Screening the candidates and taking telephonic interviews
• Placing the right candidates as per the clients requirement
• Getting short listing and scheduling the interviews through calls and mails
• Follow up with candidates till the final selection and joining.
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
• Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews
• Perform HR generalist duties.
