Inviting applications for the role of Domain Expert- Documentation Specialist, Insurance
Responsibilities:
The positions operate in a dynamic and deadline driven environment and are well suited to those with strong analytical and documentation skills and a positive, can do attitude.
The candidate must demonstrate experience/ skills for leading process mapping discussions, probing to identify and clarify inefficiencies.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to convey outcomes with confidence.
Ability to apply logical reasoning and suggest process improvement ideas
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Any graduate
Open but prior Underwriting/ Policy Service in Insurance company experience preferred
Required in P&C Insurance experience
Good understanding of process documentation (SOPs) and working with process mapping (MS visio) , flowcharts
Prior process documentation experience e.g. onsite transition, new process documentation from business (preferred)
Preferred Certification in Insurance e.g. IIA
Advance excel knowledge required
Experience leading process mapping discussions, probing to identify and clarify inefficiencies
Good written and Verbal Communication a must
Good in Analytical skills
Ability to ask process deep dive questions
Word, Excel, internet, intranet, must be savvy about being able to navigate web screens to document sop s, flowcharts, guidelines, information frequently
Document basis meeting and interviews with customers process pain points , process flow etc.
Preferred qualifications
LSS Green Belt certified (Preferred)
