Job Description

1. Design interaction models, workflows, user interfaces, and related assets for web and mobile applications

2. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including product managers, engineers and other business stakeholders

3. Conduct Usability Testing and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions

4. Deliver wireframes, prototypes, user flows, use cases, and user scenarios

5. Create style guides and supporting graphics for existing and new products

Skills & Experience

1. Deep empathy for users.

2.Understand, preach and follow user centered design

3.Ability to research and understand users, their personas and their context.

4. Working knowledge of UX research

5. Bachelors degree in design with relevant experience of 2-3 years

6. An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience

7. Should have good understanding of colors, typography and illustrations

8. Hands on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Invision or other similar softwares

9.Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
