Post : Executive -Travel Desk and Admin

Gender : Female

Location : Sakinaka, Andheri E, Mumbai
Experience : Min 4 years

Salary : Upto 25k. No constraint for the right candidate


Job Description


Administration

  • Taking care of the Entire Office Administration
  • Vendor Management
  • Procuring Office Stationary as per the requirements received from each department
  • Distribution of Stationery and maintaining Records of the same
  • Overlooking the general maintenance of the office
  • Ensuring all bill payments are paid on time
  • Manage all Inward Outward Documents
  • Maintaining all required files and records

Travel Desk

  • Arrange, Manage and Coordinate all aspects of Domestic & International Hotel & Travel bookings / Local Transportation to meet the specific needs of Management / Departments
  • Handle and advise Management / Employees on Travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports.
  • Provide customer service by responding to inquiries to all with regard to their bookings
  • Have thorough knowledge of relevant flight regulations and required travel documentation.
  • Should be able to handle the Visa application process
  • Take care of Forex and any Travel Related Documents

Key Skills

  • Excellent Communication skills in English
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Good in Computer MS Office
  • Excellent presentation skills along with pleasant behaviour
  • Maintain confidentiality
