MS Excel knowledge is a must,Resolve customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained. Handling Inbound & Outbound calls
Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments
Handling the customer queries.

Handle Telephonic inquiries

Must have Good Communication Skills.
*Must be comfortable for Calling.
*Handling enquiries & coordinating/following up accordingly.
*Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet .
