Job Description

Hiring for Voice and Chat process.

Requirement:

• HSC/Graduate +6 months of experience for Voice or chat in any international BPO.
• SSC +1 year of experience in international BPO for Voice or Chat.
• Candidates should have basic technical knowledge.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Should be comfortable with rotational shifts(24*7)
• Age should be between 18 Years to 40 Years
• Looking for immediate joiners
  

Location: Malad West

Responsibilities: 

• Manage customer queries and customer experience to maximize customer satisfaction and answer product and service questions.
• Create and curate knowledge articles, enabling customers to resolve their issues independently.
• Troubleshoot customers issue all the way to resolution, explaining the best possible. solution, while ensuring compliance with the companys guidelines and policies.
• Collect and analyse customer information.
• Technical writing team to help our customers resolve their issues independently.
