Job Description

1. Recruitment

• Vendor Management Share requirements with vendors and ensure profiles are being received as per mentioned timlelines
• Check profile duplicacy and revert accordingly to vendor
• Sourcing the candidates from different portals.
• Do initial screening /interview of the candidates and share the relevant profiles with business.
• Follow up with business for feedback.
• Send online test link to AH candidates and follow up for closure
• Share feedback with vendors, Update the vendor tracker and keep a check on vendor effectiveness.
• Follow up for offer acceptance and do offer acceptance on system.
• Follow up for resignation acceptance with offered candidates. If not received within 7 working days, highlight to respective HR Spoc.

2. On boarding

• Communicate DOJ changes/postpone cases to candidates and update in system also at least 2 days before original DOJ
• Send joining confirmation mail to new joiners a day prior to DOJ latest by 4pm (physical on boarding)
• Complete joining documentation and formalities (Physical on boarding)on DOJ
• Send joining confirmation mail to new joiners at 9am on DOJ (Digital On boarding)
• Keep a check on Digital On boarding and ensure 100% participation
• Co-ordinate with Axis Bank SPOC for bank account opening of new joiners

3. Other activities

• Ensure participation of all new joiners in new joinee connects/webinars.
• Share MIS/details of employees required by Corp for various R & R and other activities
• Guide all employees to use AskHR tool for all HRMS and other queries (apart from grievances)
