Job Description
Greetings,We have opportunity for Talent Acquisition Sourcing Professionals 3 to 8 years - BNY Mellon Pune & Chennai.
Create the initial role-specific strategy and candidate grid prior for the kick-off call w/ the Recruiter and Hiring Manager
Should strong hands-on experience on sourcing tools and networking sites
Should have strong hands-on experience on working local and international job boards.
Should have strong hold on Boolean and any key word search strings
Should have strong experience on working niche and volume hiring skills
Should have strong experience on job posting on various networking sites
Attend the initial kick-off call and all subsequent weekly or bi-weekly update calls
Manage talent pipeline and sourcing efforts to ensure proper slate calibration
Conduct the initial phone screen for candidate identified via sourcing efforts & present to Recruiter
Perform as a collaborative partner during weekly update sessions to support the Recruiter who will submit the identified candidates to the Hiring Manager
Trusted Advisor: Provides counsel and advice to managers within the business; influences people decisions and anticipates people implications of business initiatives. Understands the key drivers of success; has the insight to raise issues for consideration by client groups. Acts as talent proponent within business. Works effectively with senior managers within the business
