Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: Minimum 2/3 years in recruitment, preferably with BPO and bulk hiring experience

Work Timings:

Female candidates: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Male candidates: 3:00 PM 1:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.

Sourcing, shortlisting, and screening candidates from multiple platforms.

Coordinating interviews and managing schedules with hiring managers.

Maintaining candidate database and recruitment reports.

Supporting onboarding and HR administrative processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, especially bulk hiring and BPO recruitment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.

Ability to work independently and handle high-volume hiring efficiently.
