Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Were hiring an HR Recruiter specializing in bulk sourcing to support rapid, high-volume hiring across international BPOS. Youll be responsible for building large candidate pipelines quickly, running mass outreach campaigns, and screening high volumes of applicants to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Source 50-200+ candidates per week using job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals, and database mining.
- Run bulk outreach campaigns via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and InMail to engage passive and active candidates at scale.
- Conduct initial phone screening to qualify candidates on basic criteria before scheduling with hiring teams.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with 0-1 years of exp in any domain can apply.
- Candidate must be good in spoken english.
- Candidate should be target-driven, resilient, organized, able to handle rejection and high daily outreach volume.
- Candidate should have a zeal and passion to work towards the targets given.
Job Details
- Pure Fixed day shifts.
- Timings- 11am to 7pm.
- Excellent incentive structure.
- 6 days working.
