Job Description
We are urgently looking for US IT Recruitment Professionals to join us ASAP to service our esteemed and ever-growing clients.
WORK FROM HOME TILL PANDEMIC IS OVER------ JOINING BONUS - 1 MONTH SALARY
No. of Positions: 50
Shift Timing: US Time Zone- 08.30 AM EST (07.00 PM IST)
Salary Range- Best for the right candidate + Attractive Incentives
Candidates in and around Hyderabad will be WORK FROM OFFICE only.
Open Positions :
1) Account Manager: Preferably female having at least 5+ years exp into Account Management
2) Recruiting Team Leads: 7 to 10 years
3) Senior Recruiters: 6 to 8 years
4) Mid-level Recruiters : 3 to 6 years
5) Junior Recruiters: 1 to 2 years
For Hyderabad Location :
1) US IT Recruiters: 1 to 10 yrs experience in US Staffing
2) Business Development Executive: Preferably Females Candidates having International
BPO experience, preferably sales background.
3) HR Recruiter ( Internal Hiring): At least 5+ yrs exp into US Staffing industry hiring US IT
Recruiters, TL, AM, DM, etc.....
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Experience in independently handling the entire recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, negotiation, submission, interview set up, and final placement.
- Drive high-quality selection; with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Updating Applicant tracking tools (ATS) Like Job Diva.
- Experience in hiring hourly, salaried, and subcontracting candidates.
- Ensure all processes are in place and all job requirements, company policies, and affirmative action guidelines are met.
- You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Skills Required for Experienced Candidates
- Candidates with strong US IT Recruiting skills of at least 1 year of experience
- Highly experienced C2C volume recruiters.
- Experience working with VMS/ MSP requirements | Implementation Partners/ System Integrators as well as with direct clients.
- Good understanding of US geography and time zones
- Experience with various job portals and social network sites like Career Builder, Dice, Monster, Ziprecruiter, the ladders, Milwaukee jobs, LinkedIn, Indeed, TextUs, Sixth Sense, etc.
- Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B, EAD, TN permit holders & all types Visa Holders
- Experience working on all the Tax terms (W2, Corp to Corp & 1099) - especially on C2C
- Experience in placing candidates on short and long-term contracts as well as on full-time permanent jobs.
- Excellent negotiating skills, strong communication skills to suit US standards., excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts
- Confidence to work independently and a good team player
- Proactive, self-driven, highly motivated, and aggressive towards making placements
- Graduate from a recognized university Esp.B.E./B.Tech (preferred)
