Job Summary:
We are hiring HR Executives Recruitment for International BPO hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for international voice and non-voice processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for International BPO (Voice / Non-Voice / Chat / Email) processes
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Posting jobs on portals like Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
- Coordinating interview schedules with candidates and clients
- Maintaining candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Ensuring timely closures and meeting daily/weekly hiring targets
- Handling walk-in candidates and follow-ups
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong interest in International BPO hiring
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques is a plus
Qualification:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
