Roles and Responsibilities

Thorough understanding of Operations Metric, People Practices (Attrition, Shrinkage, Quality, CSAT)
Customer service oriented. Should have prior knowledge of customer care process and techniques.
Have knowledge of Operational SLA, KPIs and KRAs
Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with 1 year experience as Team Leader in BPO
Have experience in Inbound customer service
Immediate Joiners will be preferred
