1. Job Purpose
The incumbent is responsible to identify pool of candidates to enable the selection of best candidates for the organization.
2. Principal Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
1. To manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for MPower including sourcing for profiles through various sources,initial screening,scheduling & coordinating interviews, offer negotiating, offer letter issuance, etc.
2. Ensure smooth on-boarding for new hires & ensure all joining formalities are completed.
3. Preparing and sending offer letters, appointment letters, contract letters, etc to new joinees.
4.Record maintenance of employee records, prepare employee files in hard and soft form.
5. Maintain an interview database for the details for all the candidates contacted, interviewed, etc 6. Update recruitment tracker on a timely basis for updates on hiring requirements. 7. Ensure to maintain MRF & JD's for all the new requirements & review existing JD's on a timely basis. 8. To work on any other requirements as required as per the business plan. 9. Well versed with the Statutory knowledge Desired Competencies Proficient Knowledge of MS office Ability to collaborate & work with multiple stakeholders Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, Strong ethics and reliability
