Job Description

Hiring for our client (IT Company) for the post of HR Executive (IT) for Ahmedabad location.

Designation: HR Executive - IT

Job Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Qualification & Skills:

• Designing and developing test automation scripts.
• Apply test automation guidelines from existing framework (hybrid or data-driven)
• Researching issues in software through testing
• Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
• Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.
• Execute scripts during regression test cycles in accordance with the agreed scope
• Maintain and expand test automation suite using identified tools & framework
• Accurate and timely reporting of test progress, risks & issues

Experience: 1+ Year with IT Company

Annual CTC: Max Up To 2 Lakh Per Annum

• Design job description for the permanent hiring and contract to hire position
• Well-versed with information technology (IT) recruitment
• Well-versed with screening the candidate on profile in business communication, articulation and professional experience
• Well-versed with bulk recruitment
• Establish the network with domestic and international market for the talent workforce
• Closely work with the IT delivery team to manage their requirements of the hiring
• Maintain and establish the employee connect and positive vibes in the organization
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
